How to make Shouwu chicken soup

There are many ways to maintain health, and the simplest one is diet. Next, I will introduce to you how to make the dish Shouwu Chicken Soup.

1.1 Blanch the chicken in boiling water to remove blood.

2.2 Chop the chicken into small pieces and wash the Polygonum multiflorum and red dates.

3. Remove the chicken pieces and rinse with cold water. Put the chicken pieces that have been rinsed with cold water into the pressure cooker and pour in clean water (just enough to cover the chicken pieces).

4. Do not cover the pressure cooker tightly yet. After boiling over high heat, scoop out some foam floating on the water, then put in Polygonum multiflorum, red dates, ginger slices, and cooking wine.

5. Cover the pressure cooker tightly and turn to medium heat after the air is released. Turn off the heat after 25 minutes.

6. Let the pressure cooker release air naturally, open the lid and sprinkle salt and wolfberries. Finally, cover the pot again, turn on the heat, and simmer for 2 minutes to allow the chicken soup to absorb the flavor. Shouwu and chicken soup is fine.
