9. Then pour the fish bones and soup into the already boiling soybean and mung bean soup and continue to cook over high heat.

10. The fish soup must be boiled over high heat for at least 10 minutes, so that the soup will be as white as milk.

11. Cook over high heat for about 10 minutes, then simmer over low heat for 2 hours.

12. Since salt has been added when frying the fish, try it first and then add salt to season before drinking.
