1. Wash the red and green peppers, remove the stems and cut into cubes.

2. Dice the white tofu, fry until golden brown, and sprinkle with a little salt.

3. Add olive oil to the pan and sauté diced red and green peppers for 1 minute.

5. Finally, add the diced tofu, stir-fry and season.

1. Chop the garlic and set aside. Wash the chili and drain the water.

4. After removing from heat and letting cool, put into a glass bottle and store in the refrigerator. When you are ready to eat, scoop out a small dish of it. It is a great dish to go with rice!

2 chicken legs, 1/2 can of chili pepper, 4-6 slices of ginger, 2 king oyster mushrooms, 6 shiitake mushrooms

3. Add the peeled chili peppers and a little seasoning 5 minutes before serving.
