1. Yam porridge

Pour millet into clean water and bring to a boil over high heat, then switch to medium heat and cook for twenty minutes. Add red dates and continue stewing for another twenty minutes before serving.

3. Vegetable porridge

Vegetables are rich in fiber, which can promote gastrointestinal motility and help our bodies reduce alcohol and excrete it. When making vegetable porridge, first put the rice into a casserole and cook it until it is soft, then add the chopped vegetables and cook until the vegetables change color slightly before eating. Be careful not to put the vegetables into the pot too early, otherwise they will not only become soft and tasteless, but all the nutrients will disappear. The cooked vegetable porridge should be eaten as soon as possible and not left overnight.
