14. Take out another larger soup pot, add about 1.5 liters of water and bring to a boil. Add seasoning and stir quickly. Add the remaining stock from step 1. (Except the vinegar packet) After the soup has boiled twice, add the cooked beef, potatoes, and peanuts. Be sure to take out the seasoning packet. Note: To ensure that the soup is of just the right thickness, add a little water and keep some boiling water aside. If the soup feels too thick, add some boiling water.

15. After adding the ingredients and boiling it twice, try the vermicelli and see if it is not hard anymore. It is ok! Out of the pan! ! ! Add vinegar and it becomes delicious. To eat with soup, you can buy some handmade steamed buns or pan-fried dumplings, thousand-layer cakes, etc. Note: Hu La Tang has a strong taste, so you can lighten it up a bit when making it at home.
