7. Pour 1.2L of boiling water into the pot.

8. Move all the ingredients in the frying pan into the soup pot and add the mashed soybean paste.

9. Add the scallion knots and bring to a boil over high heat.

10. When the soup in the pot boils again, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Remove the chive knots when eating.
