How to make ham and roasted bran dry noodles

I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the recipe of ham and roasted bran noodles.

1.12 Soak the dried mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Do not discard the soaking water.

3. Soak the roasted bran in warm water until soft, squeeze out the water and cut into small cubes. If you don't have gluten, you can use it instead.

6. First add the mushrooms and stir-fry, then add the ham and roasted bran and stir-fry until fragrant

7. Add rock sugar, soy sauce, and oyster sauce and stir-fry for a while

8. Pour in the water used to soak the mushrooms. The water should cover all the ingredients.

9. Cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes until all the flavors are absorbed. Serve in a fresh-keeping container and eat at any time
