How to make healthy vegetable noodles

1. Soak the dried mushrooms in warm water and cut into small pieces

2.1 While the meat is marinating, cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes

3.2 Cut the tenderloin into larger cubes and marinate with chopped green onion, ginger, starch and cooking wine for 15 minutes

4. After the pan is hot, add cooking oil, slide the meat into the pan and stir-fry until it turns white, then add the diced vegetables and continue to stir-fry over high heat for three or four minutes.
