1.1 After the water in the pot boils, place the noodles on the steamer and steam for 15 minutes

3. While the noodles are steaming, heat oil in another wok and stir-fry shredded ginger. Add a bowl of soup and a little soy sauce for seasoning, turn to low heat and simmer until the sauce is absorbed.

4. Add the steamed noodles 2 into 4 and mix well to ensure that the sauce is evenly distributed; put the mixed noodles back on the steamer and steam for about 10 minutes.
