8. When the oil is 70% hot, pour in the lamb slices and stir-fry

9. Add dried red pepper, onion, green pepper, minced garlic and garlic stems and stir-fry

10. Add tomatoes (it’s better if the tomatoes are half-rotten and half-unrotten), pour in appropriate amount of water and stir fry continuously

11. Add salt, chicken essence and pepper, stir fry for a few times and serve

12. When eating, pour the garlic sprout salad into the noodles, stir and then eat. The color is bright, the soup is red and oily, the noodles are chewy, and there is a rich aroma of tomato and lamb. It is a real delicacy for the common people! !
