How to make curry meat buns

1. Boil the bamboo shoots in boiling water, rinse them with cold water, cut them into dices, chop the onions and set aside, add pork filling and two small pieces of curry.

2. Add about one spoonful of salad oil to the pan and fry the onion over low heat until soft and fragrant.

3. Add pork filling and continue to stir-fry until the meat turns white.

4. Add curry cubes and water and stir-fry over medium-low heat.

5. When the soup boils and the curry cubes are dissolved, add the diced bamboo shoots and continue to stir-fry over medium-low heat.

6. Wait until the soup is dry and cool before use.

7. Two pounds of flour. Because I also made a lot of meat filling, I made a total of 16 buns with curry filling. The rest was used to make meat buns. The ingredients for the bun skins in the ingredient list were just the right amount.

8. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and mix all the ingredients at once.

9. Ferment until twice as large.

10. Dip your hands in some flour to deflate the dough, then divide it into small dough balls.

11. Roll the dough into a thick middle and thin edges.

12. Wrap with curry meat filling.

13. Start making dumplings.

14. Just wrap one.

15. Steam it in cold water. It took me 17 minutes, from cold water to boiling to cooked.
