How to make cream buns

How to make cream buns

Many people don’t know how to cook, which is normal in modern society. After all, with the prosperity of the modern catering industry, we can eat in restaurants. But many times, the taste is really different when you make it yourself. As for the method of making cream buns, you can make it yourself and then taste it yourself. I believe the taste will definitely be different.

1.1 Cut 20g butter into small pieces and add to the bowl

2.2 Put all the ingredients except butter into a bowl and knead until the dough is gluten-forming (the dough surface is relatively smooth at this time. Cut a small piece of dough and you can pull out a relatively thin film, but the film is not firm enough).

3.1 Put the kneaded dough into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and place in a warm place for basic fermentation

4.2 Knead until expanded (at this time, take a small piece of dough and stretch it with your hands. The dough can form a light-transmitting film, but the film strength is average. After being pierced by hand, the edge of the rupture is irregular in shape. At this time, the dough is in the expansion stage)

5. When the dough is fermented to 2 to 2.5 times the size of the original dough, dip your finger in flour and poke a hole in the dough. If the hole does not shrink, fermentation is complete. (This time I was just fooling around on Weibo and it went a bit too far. Lesson learned!)

6. Knead the fermented dough for a while to expel the air in the dough, divide the dough into 8 equal parts, roll the small dough into balls, and let it relax at room temperature for 15 minutes

7. Flatten the relaxed dough, turn it over, wrap it with a small piece of butter, and seal the mouth to prevent it from bursting when baking in the oven.

8. Place in a baking tray for final fermentation (turn on the oven for a while, put your hand in to feel the heat, put a bowl of hot water in the oven to increase the humidity, and put the baking tray in the oven for final fermentation)

9. Wait until the dough has fermented to twice its original size, take it out, brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle a little sesame seeds. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 180℃ for about 15 minutes. If the color is too dark in the later stage, you can cover it with tin foil. Let it cool after it comes out of the oven before eating

Nowadays, many parents are afraid that their children cannot cook for themselves? This is a real problem, and it is up to you to solve it. Today, now that you know all the methods of making cream buns, you can truly change yourself.
