1. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut into pieces.

2. Use a blender to blend the chopped kiwi fruit.

3. Add 25ml of milk to the glutinous rice flour.

4. Add 2 drops of vanilla extract to the glutinous rice flour paste. It is optional.

5. Add 125ml of milk and 25ml of white sugar into a small milk pot and bring to a boil over low heat. Add 125ml of whipping cream and bring to boil.

6. Pour the glutinous rice flour paste into the boiled milk and cream and stir well.

7. Add 1 teaspoon of Baileys Irish Cream to make Baileys milk popsicle. You can take out half of it and mix it with the crushed kiwi to make kiwi popsicles. The ones not mixed with Baileys are just pure milk popsicles.

8. After cooling to room temperature, place them into popsicle molds.

9. Insert popsicle sticks and refrigerate overnight. When taking it out, you can rinse the shell with water to facilitate demoulding.
