How to make drunken grape cheesecake

Cream cheese 250g sugar 75g → smooth over hot water → add 2 egg yolks in batches → beat well → add 1/2 lemon zest 2T low flour → mix well → add 1/4t vanilla extract 1/4 cup sour cream (DIY method here) → beat well → add rum and raisins in step 2 → stir well → pour into the refrigerated mold, shake twice to remove large bubbles → 170 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle and lower layers, water bath for about 1 hour → Refrigerate overnight before eating for better taste → Pour drunken grape juice before eating
