How to cook raspberries with rice wine

When it comes to raspberry wine, women will be more familiar with it, because to put it simply, it is a kind of fruit wine that can beautify and nourish the skin. Raspberry fruits are rare on the market, but there are a lot of raspberry wines. Raspberry wine is very easy to make and can be made at home. Its preparation is similar to that of wine. Just wash it, put it in a clean bottle, crush it, let it stand and ferment. After the liquid becomes clear, pour it out, seal it and store it for about 7 days. It is basically done. However, when making raspberry wine, do not choose plastic materials, and do not use too much sugar.

How to make raspberry wine at home:

1. Rinse the raspberries and soak them in salt water for about 10 minutes. Take them out, rinse them again and dry them.

2. Rinse the glass bottle and bottle cap, boil them in boiling water for about 10 minutes, then take them out and drain them.

3. Put the dried raspberries into a glass bottle and crush them with sterilized, oil-free and water-free chopsticks. The bottle should only be filled to 70%.

4. Put the bottle cap on but do not tighten it. Allow the gas produced by fermentation to escape freely from the bottle.

5. Place the bottle in a relatively warm and dark place, stir it twice a day, add white sugar after about two days of fermentation, and continue to stir it twice a day.

6. After about 10 days of fermentation, if you see that there are no more bubbles coming out of the glass bottle and the raspberries floating on the surface begin to slowly sink, use sterilized clean gauze to filter out the raspberries and throw them away.

7. The filtered wine is rather turbid, but it already tastes like red wine. Seal it and place it in a cool and ventilated place for more than half a month.

8. When you find that the wine has become clear and transparent, use the siphon method to suck the upper layer of transparent wine into other containers, then seal it and let it stand for about a week.

9. At this time, you will find that there is still a small amount of sediment at the bottom. Use the siphon method again to suck the transparent wine juice on the upper layer into other containers.

At this point, the raspberry wine has been brewed. If you are in a hurry, you can drink it directly. But if you want to drink the best-flavored raspberry wine, it is recommended that you add an appropriate amount of high-proof liquor to adjust the alcohol content to more than 15 degrees, seal it tightly and place it in a cool and ventilated place, and take it out and drink it after aging for more than 3 months.

Additional instructions for making raspberry wine at home:

1. The containers used in the raspberry wine brewing process can be ceramic jars or glass bottles, but it is recommended not to use containers made of plastic because plastic may react chemically with alcohol and produce toxic substances. In addition, tools and containers made of iron or aluminum cannot be used.

2. The tools and containers used in the raspberry wine brewing process must be sterilized and must be free of grease and water.

3. Use 2 kilograms of white sugar for every 10 kilograms of fresh raspberry fruit. It is recommended not to add too much sugar, as too much sugar will affect normal fermentation and may produce ingredients that we don’t want.
