17. Prepare Shanghai Qing (for heart-shaped jadeite)

18. Use vegetable stems to shape into a heart. (Use kitchen scissors)

19. Put the heart-shaped vegetable stems into water and blanch them, then take them out.

20. Prepare the dipping sauce: sesame oil, light soy sauce, chili pepper, you can also add some vinegar if you like it.

21. Chop the cilantro and garlic and add them to the dipping sauce.

22. Take a carrot, peel it and cut it into thin slices diagonally, and use it as a decoration on the plate.

23. Now that all the work is prepared and the dumplings are steamed, they can be served on a plate. (Remember to eat it while hot)
