20. Passion fruit mousse: Soak gelatin powder in 125ml passion fruit juice for 10-15 minutes, dissolve in water and let cool.

Add 1/4 cup of sugar to 21.350ml of fresh cream and beat until stiff.

22. Stir in passion fruit gelatin liquid.

23. Add meringue.

24. Stir well.

25. Pour 1/2 of the mixed mousse into the cake mold, covering the cake slices, and sprinkle with diced yellow peaches.

26. Place another piece of cake on top and press lightly.

27. Pour in the remaining mousse and smooth it out, then put it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours. (It’s best to leave it overnight.)

28. Use a hair dryer to slowly blow along the cake mold for 2-3 circles, or cover the outside of the cake mold with a hot towel for a while and then remove it from the mold.

29. Peel the kiwi and cut into thin slices, cut the strawberries in half, and wash the grapes.

30. Decorate the cake with fruits.
