1. Prepare Materials

2.1 Cut the kumquats in half and use a small fork to scoop out the seeds one by one

3.2 Soak the kumquats in light salt water for more than an hour, then clean the skin

4.1 Pour the beaten kumquat puree and rock sugar into the pot and cook over medium heat until the rock sugar is completely melted. Turn to low heat and cook while stirring. After about 20 minutes, the kumquat puree begins to become thicker and darker in color.

5.2 Put it into a food processor and beat it into kumquat puree (don’t make it too broken, keep it small and granular)

6. Then squeeze the juice of half a lemon into it

7. Continue to cook and stir until the kumquat puree in the pot becomes thick and large bubbles pop up at the bottom of the pot. Turn off the heat.

8. Let it cool to about 40 degrees (not hot), add 200g of honey and mix well, then put it into a sealed bottle and store it in the refrigerator. Take a spoonful each time and mix it with warm water to drink
