How to brew bayberry wine

1. Remove the stems and leaves of bayberry, rinse twice, soak in light salt water for 20-30 minutes, and then rinse with cold boiled water

2. After draining, place in a cool and ventilated place until completely dry

3. Bayberries are prone to attracting insects, so it is best to put a thin piece of gauze on the basket when drying.

4. After the bayberry is dried, put it into a clean, sealable bottle

5. Add rock sugar. (You don’t need too much sugar, I used about 70g)

6. Pour in the white wine, making sure it covers the bayberries to form a seal. Cover with lid and store in a cool place. It can be consumed after two to three months.
