How to make homemade sweet rice wine

Making homemade sweet rice wine is not as difficult as everyone thinks. Prepare the necessary things first, then start following the steps, and remember to control the heat well.

1. Take two cups of glutinous rice and soak for about 12 hours

2.1 Use chopsticks to scatter the steamed glutinous rice to dissipate heat

3.2 Take out the soaked glutinous rice and steam it in a rice cooker for about 30 minutes. When it is cooked, it becomes hard glutinous rice.

4.1 Wait until the temperature of the rice drops and it is no longer hot, then add 2 grams of Angel Sweet Wine Qu (leave a little and sprinkle it on the top layer at the end), and mix well.

5.2 Add pure water (or cold boiled water) to cover the glutinous rice, stir the rice with chopsticks, and soon the pure water will be absorbed by the glutinous rice.
