While roasting, turn the bamboo stick. As the water on the surface of the red dates evaporates, roast one side of the red dates until it is burnt black, then roast the other side.

Turn off the heat until the surface of the red dates is roasted black.

Method 2 of roasted jujube, fried jujube and quinoa jujube tea (fried jujube)

Wash the dust off the surface of the red dates with clean water

Use a knife to cut the washed red dates into slices

Put the wok on the fire and add the red dates slices

Turn on high heat and stir constantly with a spatula

As the water on the surface of the red dates evaporates, the surface of the red dates will appear burnt black. Continue to stir-fry with a spatula.

Fry until the surface of the red dates is burnt black, then turn off the heat.

Method 3 of roasted jujube, fried jujube and quinoa jujube tea (quinoa jujube tea)

Put the pot on the fire and add the prepared quinoa

Turn on low heat and stir constantly with a spatula

After frying for about 2 minutes, the pan will emit a unique aroma of quinoa. As the temperature of quinoa continues to rise, quinoa will splash around in the pan like sesame seeds, indicating that the quinoa is cooked.

Mix the fried jujube and the fried quinoa together to make the raw material of quinoa jujube tea.

Use a spoon to measure a few pieces of fried or roasted dates, scoop a small amount of fried quinoa, and put it in a cup

Pour boiling water into the cup

Soak for three to five minutes, and the water will gradually turn into a red sauce, then you can drink it.

Compared with brewed jujube tea, I prefer the taste of brewed one. Put an appropriate amount of cold water in the pot, use a spoon to measure a few pieces of fried or roasted jujube, scoop a small amount of fried quinoa, and put it in the pot.

Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until the water turns red and the quinoa is cooked and transparent.

Pour it into a cup and drink it. The cooked quinoa can be eaten directly

Tips

The roasted black red dates have a burnt aroma. Soaking them in water and drinking them can relieve baby's indigestion. When I was a child, my peers had symptoms of indigestion. My family would roast red dates, grind them into black powder, and then brew it with boiling water. After drinking the water for a few minutes, the symptoms would disappear immediately.
