How to make pork and cabbage dumplings

People in each region have different habits of eating pasta, but steamed buns and steamed buns are the two types of pasta that people in every region prefer. The biggest difference between baozi and steamed buns is that baozi contains different fillings. Therefore, compared with steamed buns, baozi is more popular, and the common fillings of baozi are pork and bok choy. So how do you make pork and cabbage buns at home?

Flour, baking powder, Chinese cabbage, pork, chopped green onion and ginger, salt, MSG, five-spice powder and sesame oil

1. Ingredients: pork filling, cabbage, onion, minced ginger, flour, yeast, soy sauce, thirteen spices, salt, MSG, etc.

Method: 1. Let the dough rise. Dissolve the baking powder in warm water and add to the flour. Place in a warm place to ferment.

2.2. Marinate the pork filling with soy sauce, minced ginger, thirteen spices, MSG and sesame oil.

3.3. Chop the cabbage and green onion, add the minced meat, add oil and stir.

4.4. Make dumplings the same way you make steamed buns. Please refer to my method of making steamed buns and meat buns. I think you should know how to make them round. After wrapping, let it stand for secondary fermentation. If the temperature is too low, you can ferment it in the oven.

5.5. After the buns have risen, put water in the pot, cover the grate with a cloth or apply oil, put the buns in, steam for 20 minutes after the steam comes out, then turn off the heat. After turning off the heat, do not rush to open the lid. Let it sit for more than 10 minutes before opening it and taking out the buns.
