8. Curl up forward and press the ears down at the neck to fit them tightly to the body. Arrange the parts a little bit and use red beans or Sichuan peppercorns to make eyes. Your rabbit is ready.

9. Make sure the sugar rises for 15 minutes.

10. Put the pot on the stove with cold water and cook for 7 minutes after the water boils. Turn off the heat and simmer for another 3-4 minutes. Do not open the pot in the middle.
