After 10.5 minutes, return to the side of the pot and wait until you hear a slight crackling sound. Open the lid to let out the steam, then cover the pot for another 2 minutes, turn to medium heat, and watch as the color of the pot stickers in the pot becomes slightly darker. Use chopsticks to gently move one of the pot stickers and look at the bottom. If it is easy to move and has a golden and crispy crust on the bottom, turn off the heat and serve immediately.
