How to make pork and taro rice

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients

2.1 Peel the taro and cut in half

3.2 Cut the pork into pieces

4.121 Add ginger slices and sauté until fragrant

6.1 Stir-fry until the pork changes color and then pour in cooking wine

8. Add taro and stir-fry together (my daughter doesn’t like to eat ginger slices in rice, so before adding taro, pick out the ginger slices with chopsticks, or you can leave it out)

9. Pour in about two tablespoons of Haitian Weixian

10. Stir-fry for another two to three minutes, adding cooking wine once more

11. Pour in the washed rice

12. Fry the rice until it is browned. Turn off the heat when you feel the rice is sticking to the pan.

13. Put all the fried rice and meat into the pressure cooker

14. Pour water, just enough to cover

15. Turn to low heat and cook for 8-10 minutes after the steam comes out. Turn off the heat and simmer for a few minutes until the valve falls off before opening the lid.
