2 Spread a little butter on the surface, sprinkle some black pepper and sea salt (it’s a bit salty, just sprinkle some)

3 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 9 to 10 minutes (please adjust the time according to the oven power)

Baked Lobster with Garlic Butter

Ingredients: A few lobsters, a piece of butter, a few cloves of garlic, some black pepper

1 If it is a frozen lobster, you need to thaw it at room temperature first. After thawing, cut it in half

2 To make the garlic butter, first soften the butter at room temperature, mince the garlic, then add the minced garlic to the butter and stir evenly. You can sprinkle a little black pepper. The garlic butter is now ready (it will taste like garlic bread)

3 Spread the butter evenly on the lobster meat (it is best to spread it with your fingers)

4 Next, place the lobsters on the baking sheet (buttered side down, shells up).

5Put it in a preheated oven (about 200 degrees) and bake for 12-15 minutes (depending on the oven, basically it is done when the shrimp shell turns red).

6 After taking out the lobster, there will be a garlic butter sauce on the baking tray. Don't pour it out! Put it in a bowl and eat it with shrimp meat or lemon juice. It's delicious!

Cheese Baked Lobster

Ingredients: 1 lobster, black pepper, lemon juice, brandy, cheddar cheese
