How to make hollow biscuits

1. Prepare flour, sesame, cooking oil and purified water. 2. Add a small spoonful of cooking oil to the flour and stir evenly.

2. Slowly pour boiling water at about 70 degrees into the flour, stirring while pouring, and stir the flour into small particles

3. Knead flour into smooth dough

4. Roll into long strips and cut into small pieces with a knife.

5. Flatten each small dough and rub it twice to make it into a round shape.

6.Pinch a small dough, dip it in some oil, and spread it on the center of the round dough.

7. Wrap the round dough like a bun

8. After wrapping, leave a small tip on top.

9. After wrapping them all, place them in a row. Do they look like a row of garlic? Ha ha

10. Pinch the small tip on top, dip the bottom in water and then in a layer of sesame seeds. To make it look good, I used a mixture of black and white sesame seeds, hehe. You can use white sesame or black sesame

11. Place the sesame seeds face down and flatten them

12. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a thin round piece.

13. In order to take pictures, I finished all of them in one go, hehe

14. Place the thin dough with the sesame side facing down. 1. I used a frying pan, medium-low heat, bake until the dough is puffed up, then turn it over. 2. If you use an oven, bake at 300 degrees, upper and lower heat, for 5 minutes.

15. It’s fresh out of the pot, fragrant, crispy and crunchy. It’s hollow inside, so you can put vegetables or meat in it. It tastes super good!
