Cinnamon roll recipe

1.1 After the basic fermentation is completed, flatten the dough and roll it into a rectangle.

2.2 Mix all dough ingredients except butter and knead until the dough surface is smooth and the gluten is expanded. Add softened butter, knead until it expands, then take it out and place it in a bowl for the first fermentation. Dip your middle finger in a little high flour and poke a hole in the center of the dough. If it does not bounce back or sink and stays in its original shape, fermentation is complete.

5. Use a brush to evenly spread the melted butter on the dough, then sprinkle with the mixed cinnamon sugar, and press lightly with your hands to make the cinnamon sugar fit the dough

7. After rolling, pinch the end with your fingers

8. Use a knife to evenly cut into 8 equal parts (the whole dough is very soft, be careful when cutting, one side will deform and fall apart)

9. Place the cut dough into paper films with the cut side facing upwards.

10. Use your fingers to flatten the dough and spread it out.

11. Place in a baking tray for final fermentation until it doubles in size

12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, 15 minutes
