How to make puff pastry

An unhealthy diet can often be a triggering factor for disease. If we don’t want to have problems with our bodies, we should not eat out casually. It is better to cook it ourselves if possible. The method of making puff pastry is relatively simple. Even if you don’t cook much, you can master it through simple learning.

1. Pile the flour on the chopping board and dig a hole in the middle;

2. Boil water, add a little salt, pour it into the pit little by little, stir with a spatula until there is no dry powder;

3. Use your hands to knead the dough into a smooth and delicate dough, which should be slightly softer;

4. Cover with film and let it sit for more than 20 minutes. I usually knead the dough the night before and leave it overnight. In short, the longer the better. Apply oil on the chopping board and roll the dough into a relatively thin round sheet;

5. Apply oil evenly on the surface and make a cut along the radius;

6. With the center of the circle as the axis, roll up from one end of the cut radius to form a cone, then stand it up and flatten it;

7. Leave it for more than 20 minutes and roll it into a round cake shape;

8. Put a proper amount of oil in a frying pan, put in the dough after the oil is hot, and slowly bake over low heat, while using a spatula to push the edges of the dough to make it soft and layered, until both sides are golden brown and cooked through;

9. Take the baked pancake out of the pan, cut it into four pieces, put it on a plate and serve.
