How to make "Fulinmen" cake

If you often go to restaurants for convenience and end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. For the sake of our health, we'd better learn some home cooking recipes and make them at home. The recipe of "Fulinmen" cake is simple and most people can learn it quickly.

1. My baking tray is 28cm*28cm. Draw a 14cm*14cm square on A4 paper and write the word "Fu" in it.

2. The outline of the word “Fu” is also drawn on the back.

3. Separate the egg yolks and egg whites.

4. Add 30g of white sugar to the egg yolk and stir well.

5. Add salad oil and stir well.

6. Add water and continue stirring.

7. Sift in low-gluten flour.

8. After stirring evenly, the egg yolk paste is ready. Set the egg yolk paste aside for later use.

9. Add lemon juice to the egg whites, or you can use white vinegar instead.

10. When beating with an electric whisk until coarse bubbles form, add 1/3 fine sugar.

11. When the bubbles become slightly finer, add 1/3 of fine sugar.

12. After the egg whites become finer, pour in the remaining granulated sugar.

13. Continue beating until wet foam forms (pull out the inverted triangle hook from the egg beater, and there is also a hook in the egg beater bowl)

14. Use a spatula to take 1/3 of the egg white and add it to the egg yolk paste and mix evenly.

15. Add the remaining egg whites into the egg yolk paste in two batches and mix evenly.

16. Prepare a 28cm*28cm piece of oil paper and align one corner of the paper with the word "Fu" on the back.

17. Put some cake batter into a piping bag and cut a small hole.

18. Draw the character “福” on the reverse side.

19. Put it into the middle layer of the oven, bake at 160 degrees for 1 minute until it is set.

20. Add red yeast rice to the remaining cake batter and stir evenly with a spatula.

21. Pour the cake batter into the baking pan and shake it a few times to shake out the bubbles. The bubbles on the surface can also be picked out with a toothpick.

22. Put it in the preheated oven, middle layer, 165 degrees for 15 minutes. I also turned on the hot air circulation for about 5 minutes.

23. After taking it out of the oven, turn it upside down and tear off the wax paper.

24. Cut into four equal parts with a serrated knife.

25. Cut off some of the edges of the cake slices to make it smoother.

26. Take some and spread some jam on it. I used mulberry jam.

27. Then take a piece of cake and put it on top, then continue to spread jam, and so on.

28. Leave the cake slice with the word "Fu" on it for last.

29. The “Fu Lin Men” cake is done.
