How to make spicy fish

It is relatively difficult to prepare a sumptuous dinner, but it is not difficult to cook some home-cooked dishes to satisfy the family. There are many ordinary ingredients in life that can be made into delicious dishes. It depends on whether we know how to cook them. The spicy mouth-watering fish is simple to prepare and has high nutritional value. It is highly recommended.

1. Wash the grass carp, slice the fish meat into slightly thicker slices, and cut the fish bones into small pieces.

2. Add cooking wine and half a teaspoon of salt, mix well and marinate for a few minutes. Add 1 tablespoon of starch and mix well.

3. Wash the onion, ginger, garlic, chili pepper, fermented black beans, and Sichuan peppercorns, and peel the peanuts.

4. Dice the ginger and garlic, chop the fermented black beans, cut the chili pepper into knots, chop the green onions, and gently crush the peeled peanuts with the handle of a knife.

5. Heat appropriate amount of oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, chili pepper, Sichuan pepper, and chopped black beans and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Pour all into a clean bowl.

7. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper, MSG, chili oil, sesame oil and a little salt into a bowl and mix well to make the sauce.

8. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add fish bones and fillets and cook for about 2 minutes.

9. Remove from the heat and place on a plate.

10. Pour the sauce on top.

11. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts, cooked white sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

12. Ready to eat.

Remember to control the heat when making spicy fish, otherwise it will easily stick to the pan and affect the color of the food, thus affecting everyone's appetite. Just add some chili and sour vinegar according to your personal taste.
