7. Pour the granulated sugar and milk into the mixing cup.

10. Heat the gelatin powder in water or in a microwave until it melts into liquid (I was worried that the glass bowl would crack during heating, so I changed the bowl).

11. Pour the gelatin powder solution into the walnut milk paste.

12. The mixed milk batter is still relatively thin, put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate for a while.

13. Stir quickly and evenly.

14. Take it out and stir it from time to time during refrigeration.

15. When the walnut milk paste becomes thicker after being refrigerated, you can proceed to the next step.

16. Pour the animal cream into a bowl.

17. Beat with an electric whisk until lines appear (6 servings).

18. Add the whipped cream into the walnut milk paste.

19. Stir evenly and the walnut pudding is finally done.

20. Pour the walnut milk paste into the pudding mold, put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate overnight.

21. Take out the refrigerated walnut pudding and eat it with a spoon.

22. If you want to demould, use the hot air from an electric blower to blow the outside of the pudding mold.

23. Insert a toothpick along the inner wall of the pudding mold to separate the pudding from the pudding mold.

24. Just pour out the pudding and add a few walnuts for decoration. A delicious summer dessert is ready.
