How to make classic heavy cheesecake

1. Prepare materials

2. Crush the digestive biscuits.

3. Mix with the butter heated in the microwave and put it into the bottom of a 6-inch mold and press it tightly.

4. Add fine sugar to the cheese that has melted at room temperature.

5. Beat with an electric whisk until smooth and without particles.

6. Add the first egg and beat until combined.

7. Add the second egg and continue beating until combined.

9. After blending, add lemon juice.

10. After blending, add milk, rum and vanilla extract.

11. Whisk thoroughly to combine.

12. Apply a little butter on the inner wall of the mold and pour the cheese paste into it.

13. Preheat the oven to 160℃, put the mold into a slightly higher baking tray (I use a square baking tray, it is the deepest baking tray in my home), put hot water in the baking tray, try to exceed 1/2 of the cheese paste, and bake in a water bath for 1 hour.

14. It’s out of the oven. It’s pretty good.
