How to make 6-inch tiramisu cake

17. Pour the gelatin into the egg yolk paste and mix well. Set aside after mixing.

Pour the mascarpone cheese into another container and beat it with a whisk at the slowest speed for two or three times until it becomes viscous (don't beat the cheese too much, as it will separate the oil and water if you beat it for too long, so two or three times is enough, no need to beat it)

19. Pour half of the egg yolk paste into the whipped mascarpone cheese, and mix well by pressing and folding (until there are no cheese particles).

20. Pour the mascarpone cheese paste you just mixed back into the remaining half of the egg yolk paste and stir evenly.

21. Whip the whipped cream until it is 50% to 60% whipped.

22. Pour the whipped cream into the cheese paste at once and stir evenly.

23. Roll the finger biscuits in coffee wine (just dip the surface in wine)

24. Place the finger biscuits dipped in coffee wine into the bottom of the mold.

25. Pour a layer of tiramisu paste and then put a layer of ladyfingers on top, and so on.

26. I put three layers of finger biscuits and three layers of tiramisu paste until the whole mold is filled.

27. After everything is done, put it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.

28. After removing the film, sprinkle a layer of cocoa powder on it, then place the printing mold on the tiramisu sprinkled with cocoa powder and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
