How to make monkey cream cake

2. Add sugar to egg whites three times and beat until dry and foamy (it doesn’t matter if you accidentally beat too much when playing with your phone (*^__^*)) After the egg whites are beaten, preheat the oven to 130 degrees with upper and lower heat

3. Add sugar and oil to the egg yolk and mix well (I am lazy so I beat the egg whites first and then the egg yolks without washing the stirring stick). Then add the milk and mix well. Then sift in the low-gluten flour and mix well.

4. Add 1/3 of the egg whites and mix well, then add all the egg whites and continue to stir and mix until evenly mixed. Put it into the cake mold, shake out the bubbles, and bake in the oven at 130 degrees for 50 minutes (each oven has its own temper, so you can decide for yourself)

5. Remove from the oven, shake out the heat, turn the cake upside down and let it cool, remove from the mold, trim off the top edge, and then cut the cake in half and set aside

6. Prepare two bowls. Put water and ice cubes in the larger one and whipped cream and sugar in the smaller one.

7. Beat until 80% and add cocoa powder later

8. Put a thin layer of butter on the slices and place the banana slices (because it is a monkey cake, if you don’t like bananas, you can use other fruits)

9. Cover with another piece of cake and smooth the cream. I don’t have any professional tools, so just smooth it as much as possible.

10. Use a toothpick to outline the monkey’s face

11. Cut off the top of the jujube cake and cut off 1/3. Turn it over with the bottom facing up to serve as ears.

12. Add diluted cocoa powder to the cream and continue to beat.

13. Beat until it is fully risen. Put it into a piping bag. I use a medium-sized sun-shaped piping nozzle.

14. Fill in all the areas except the monkey face just outlined (the ears can be filled in or squeezed on the edge. I didn’t have patience so I squeezed on the edge and it also looked good). Use a toothpick to outline the eyes and mouth.

15. I didn’t have a chocolate pen, so I used hot water to melt the chocolate to draw the eyes and mouth.

16. I don't have any pigment, so I mixed red yeast rice powder with some sugar powder and sifted it on my face to make my cheeks red. In fact, pink pigment looks better.
