1. Ingredients details. I used a bread machine this time, and the butter needs to be softened at room temperature.

2. Pour all ingredients except yeast into the bread pan.

3. Put the yeast in the yeast box, set the dough option, knead and ferment for about one and a half hours.

4. Let the dough rise until it doubles in size.

5. Dip your finger in a little flour and insert it into the dough. If the dough does not shrink, fermentation is complete.

6. Take out the dough, deflate, relax, and shape it, put it into a mold, and put it into the oven for secondary fermentation.

7. Let it ferment for about 45 minutes until it is 1.5 times larger. Then brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the bread and sprinkle with a little white sesame seeds.

8. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees in advance.

9. Put it in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes. When the surface is colored, take it out and demould and cool.

10. The golden, shiny and plump little bread is ready. It’s absolutely delicious!
