6. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice into the egg white. If there is no lemon juice, adding a few drops of white vinegar will do the same. Then add a few drops of vanilla extract. Vanilla extract can remove fishy smells.

7. Then start beating the egg whites and add fine sugar three times (add the first batch of sugar when there are big bubbles, add the second batch of sugar when there are dense bubbles, and add the third batch of sugar when lines appear on the meringue). When the lines do not disappear, switch to low speed and beat until there are small upright points when the whisk is lifted.

8. Take one-third of the egg whites and add them into the egg yolk paste and mix well.

9. Pour all the egg yolk paste back into the whipped egg whites and stir evenly.

10. Pour the mixed batter into the rice cooker with corn oil and shake out big bubbles.

11. Use wolfberry and black currant to decorate into the shape of a smiling face. Cover the rice cooker and press the cake button. After 40 minutes, the rice cooker will automatically ring and you can start cooking.

12. It looks so cute when it’s finished, and it’s still smiling at us. It was done very successfully.

13. Don’t rush to take the dish out of the pot after it’s done. Take the pot out and let it cool aside. It will be easy to remove the film after it’s cooled thoroughly. Look, the demoulding is perfect.
