1. Weigh all dough ingredients except butter and put them into the bread bucket, then start the dough kneading function.

2. Knead the dough for about 20-30 minutes, knead it into a smooth dough, then add butter and continue kneading.

3. Knead for about 1 hour until it reaches the complete stage.

4. Let it ferment for about an hour until it is twice as large as the dough.

5. Take out the exhaust and divide it into six equal parts.

6. Roll into a ball and place into a paper mold.

7. Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation until it doubles in size.

8. While the dough is fermenting, prepare the coconut and sugar beans in a paste. Pour butter and milk into a pot and cook over low heat until the butter melts and blends with the milk, then remove from heat.

9. Add white sugar, coconut flakes and candied beans and mix well.

10. After the coconut honey paste is ready, set it aside.

11. Remove from the oven after fermentation.

12. Make two cuts on the dough. The bread will be more delicious after adding starch.

13. Pour coconut honey paste with a spoon.

14. Place it in the middle layer of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 18 minutes until the surface is golden brown.

15. The surface is crispy, and a cheese-like foam solid is formed around it, which tastes great.
