Recipe for candied orange peel light cheesecake

The candied orange peel light cheesecake is very simple to make and is a very common dish on many family tables.

1. Add half sugar, cream cheese and butter to milk. Heat over water and stir well.

2. Add egg yolk to cheese paste and mix well

3. Add candied orange peel and mix well

4. Mix corn starch and low flour, sift and stir into egg yolk paste.

5. Mix evenly until the egg yolk batter is glossy and has no particles.

6. Take another bowl, add a few drops of lemon juice and the other half of the sugar to the egg white.

7. Beat the egg white until it becomes wet foam.

8. Take 1/3 of the egg white twice and add it to the egg yolk batter and mix well.

9. Pour back into the egg white bowl and mix well

10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, lower layer, water bath method. Bake at 160 degrees for 30 minutes, then bake at 145 degrees for 35 minutes. Remember to add water halfway.

11. After it cools down a little, tear off the wax paper, refrigerate and then eat. But it’s delicious hot too!
