8. Then put the sausage in the middle and use a scraper to carefully scoop up the finished bread dough and place it on the baking tray.

9. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 2 minutes, then turn off the oven and put the bread dough into the oven for the second fermentation. Or you can put a bowl of hot water into the oven, which can effectively maintain the humidity in the oven and allow the dough to ferment beautifully. Fermentation time: 1 hour. Brush a layer of egg liquid on the bread dough that has completed secondary fermentation.

10. Squeeze salad dressing on it, put it into the preheated oven and bake at 170 degrees for 30 minutes until the surface turns golden brown.

11. The baked sausage bread has a crispy crust, a soft inside, and the sweet aroma of sausage, and it tastes great.
