How to make rice cooker bread

Chinese people have always been particular about food, and whether the quality of food is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. Some people may find it troublesome and too lazy to cook for themselves. In fact, it is easy to make bread in a rice cooker. It only takes a little time to complete it. You may as well give it a try.

1. Prepare all the ingredients, prepare two stainless steel bowls, pour the milk into one stainless steel bowl, heat the milk, and then pour in the yeast to melt evenly. After the yeast is mixed evenly, add 3 spoons of white sugar, a little bit of salt, and two drops of lemon juice, then mix the white sugar until it dissolves (the white sugar is easier to dissolve if the milk is heated). Then separate the egg yolks and egg whites, put the egg yolks in the bowl with milk, and the egg whites in another bowl, and beat the egg yolks evenly first.

2. Add 3 spoons of milk powder to the egg yolk and mix well.

3. Filter the flour, add one spoonful to the egg yolk and mix well. The amount of flour I added is as shown in the picture.

4. Mix it well, it’s about this level. That’s the end of the story with the egg yolk.

5. Now start beating the egg whites. Beat the egg whites a few times as shown in the picture, then add 4 spoons of sugar.

6. Beat the egg whites into cream as shown in the picture. It would be better if you have an egg beater at home.

7. Apply a thin layer of oil on the rice cooker and keep it warm for two minutes in advance. Add one third of the butter to the egg yolks and mix well. After mixing, pour it into the butter bowl and mix well.

8. After the egg liquid is mixed, you can pour the paste into the rice cooker and cook the rice according to the standard method. Prepare a wet cloth and cover the exhaust cover of the rice cooker with the wet cloth when it is in the keep warm state. Simmer for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, use a toothpick to check if it is cooked through. If not, press the cook button again and simmer for another 10 minutes. If you like raisins, you can add them on top, it depends on your personal taste.

9. After cooking, shake the bread in the pan and turn it upside down. Cut it into individual shapes after it cools down. Mine is cut into square shapes as shown in the picture.
