How to make homemade bread

Nowadays, people are facing increasingly fierce competition, and three meals a day have become more and more casual. They want to cook by themselves but don’t have much time. In fact, even if they don’t have time, they can still make a simple and delicious home-cooked dish. Homemade bread is easy to make and tastes delicious, which is very suitable for office workers.

1. Mix flour, sugar and baking powder

2. Add yeast into milk and mix well (warm the milk before adding yeast, about 30 degrees, just make sure it is not hot when tested by hand)

3. Pour the milk into the flour, stir until it becomes cotton-like and then knead it into dough. Soften the butter in advance, and add the butter when the dough is almost kneaded.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and wait for fermentation until it doubles in size.

5. This is the internal structure of the fermented dough, which is honeycomb-shaped.

6. Take out and knead for a few minutes, then divide into eight small doughs of similar size. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes

7. After waking up, take one and rub it into the shape of a cow tongue.

10. Each synchronization is divided into 16 parts.

11. Brush the baking tray with oil and place the bread in it for secondary fermentation. Brush the fermented bread with honey, egg liquid, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and add dried fruits for decoration (I made some extra bread without flower patterns)

12. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Put the bread in and heat at 150 degrees for 25 minutes

13. Remove from the pan

Even if you have no cooking experience, don’t be afraid. The method of making homemade bread is very simple and ordinary people can learn it easily.
