8. Then knead it into a ball evenly with your hands, cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes.

9. Divide the risen snow skin dough into 35g pieces and pumpkin puree into 35g pieces. Wrap the pumpkin puree in the dough. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of cake flour in the mooncake mold. Put the wrapped dough into the mooncake mold and press it firmly to remove it from the mold.

10. Place the wrapped snow skin dough on a plate lined with greaseproof paper and steam it for 10 minutes.
