How to make yogurt chiffon cake (6 inches)

1. Separate the egg white and yolk first. Refrigerate the separated egg whites. Add oil to egg yolks as shown.

2. First, beat the egg yolks with oil thoroughly and evenly. After the emulsification operation is completed, add 15 grams of white sugar.

3. Then add homemade yogurt. After stirring thoroughly.

4. Finally, add the sifted low-gluten flour. It is best to use a folding technique, avoid making circles or over-stirring.

5. After stirring, it doesn’t matter if it’s a little thin because yogurt has been added.

6. Then take out the egg whites from the refrigerator. Add remaining sugar in three additions. I wrote down the specific steps when I made the chiffon cake before.

7. The meringue will be in this state after it is beaten.

8. Finally, mix the meringue and egg yolk paste twice and mix evenly as shown in the picture. Now you can preheat the oven to 160 degrees for eight minutes.

9. Pour into a six-inch angel mold and gently shake it 2 to 3 times.

10. The machine has been preheated, the temperature is adjusted to 145, about 50 minutes.

11. After the cake comes out of the oven, shake it twice on a flat surface and then turn it upside down. If you don’t like any traces of cake cake left on it, turn it upside down on a wine bottle.

12. It takes about two hours. My son was clamoring to eat it, so I couldn’t remove it from the mold in advance, so the hole in the middle is a little sticky and incomplete. . . . In fact, demoulding must be completely cooled after 2 hours.
