1. Beat the eggs and sugar in the ingredients list until they become milky white (domestic eggs are yellower, so it only takes about three minutes to beat them)

3. After adding water, stop the machine. Pour in flour. SP (cake oil), baking powder. . Stir well at full gear, then switch to high gear. Beat until the volume increases and is twice as large as before beating on full speed.

4. Use a spoon to scoop the beaten dough into the mold. To two-thirds of the depth of the mold, just full after baking (if you can't control it with a spoon, you can use a piping bag instead, which is better than a spoon)

5. Sprinkle your favorite dried fruits on the dough, and preheat the oven. (Mine has independent temperature control, 200°C for upper fire and 190°C for lower fire) If there is no independent temperature control, you can set the temperature slightly higher according to your usual baking temperature.
