This is a delicious dish that can be served to guests. Apple tart is very nutritious and has the effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, clearing away heat and detoxifying. It can help the body eliminate toxins. There are not many restrictions when making apple tart. If you can put it in the refrigerator for a few hours and then take it out, the taste will be better. It is recommended that you make this dish in the summer, which can help reduce summer heat.

1. Weigh all the materials and set aside

2. Peel and core the apples and cut them into small pieces, exactly 300 grams

3. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat, add the apple pieces and stir-fry until apple juice appears. Add salt, lemon juice and 50ml of milk and stir-fry until everything is blended and the flesh is soft but not burnt.

4. Use appropriate amount of cold water to mix corn starch evenly, pour it into applesauce, stir until it becomes viscous and turn off the heat. After it cools down until it is not hot to the touch, pour in evaporated milk and egg liquid and stir until absorbed.

5. Place the prepared tart crust on the baking tray and evenly add the apple filling. This filling will not expand and overflow, so add it to 90% full.

6. Put the egg tarts into the preheated oven at 230 degrees for 20 minutes. If you like darker colors, you may want to bake it for a longer time.

7. The amount of the above filling is approximately enough for 12 regular-sized tart shells. You can increase or decrease the amount of the recipe in proportion to your needs!

It’s nice to go out to a restaurant occasionally to change your taste, but it’s best not to go there too often. Apple tarts are easy to make, so it doesn’t matter if you’re not a good cook.
