11. Squeeze the puff paste onto a baking tray lined with baking paper. Make sure the size is even and leave enough space between them.

12. Cut the frozen puff pastry into 0.2 cm slices.

13. Place the cut puff skins on the puff paste and bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 25 minutes. The temperature of each oven is different, so please set the time according to the temperature.

14. Make custard sauce during baking: Beat the whipped cream with powdered sugar until it is neutral and foamy, i.e., chicken tail tip state.

15. Stir custard powder into milk evenly

16. Mix the whipped cream and the milk with custard powder together and beat evenly with a whisk.

17. Squeeze the custard sauce into the puffs. If you don’t like custard sauce, you can directly squeeze the whipped cream.
