How to make Chinese cabbage and leek pie

1. Wash and chop the cabbage, add appropriate amount of salt and marinate for a while

2. After draining the water, wrap the cabbage with a cloth and squeeze out the water. Put the cabbage in a basin and set aside.

5. Put the beef filling into a bowl and chop the green onion and ginger.

6. Then add chopped green onion, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil and salt into the beef filling and mix well. Then add the cabbage and chives and mix well for later use.

7. Put the flour in a bowl, add appropriate amount of warm water and knead it into a soft dough, cover it with plastic wrap and relax it for half an hour.
