How to make scallion pancake (hot noodles)

Nowadays, people are facing increasingly fierce competition, and three meals a day have become more and more casual. They want to cook by themselves but don’t have much time. The scallion pancake (hot noodles) is easy to make and tastes delicious, which is very suitable for office workers.

1. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the flour and mix well. Then add hot water (about 60 degrees) little by little and knead the flour into a soft dough.

2. Mix the dough and sugar for about an hour, divide it into small doughs of the same size, and knead them evenly.

3. Take a dough and roll it into a thin sheet with a rolling pin.

4. Apply a proper amount of vegetable oil on the rolled dough and sprinkle a thin layer of salt.

5. Spread the oil and salt evenly on the dough.

7. Then start rolling up from one end of the dough.

8. Try to roll it tighter so that the finished product has rich layers.

9. Roll to the middle, then roll from the other end

10. After rolling, place it aside to relax for ten minutes, and do a few more rolls.

11. Take a piece of sugared noodle, pull both ends of it and stretch it outwards.

12. Then roll them up from both ends to the middle, as shown in the picture

13. Roll one end to the 1/6 position, and roll the other end over to connect it to form two large and small discs.

14. Then stack the disc with more circles on the disc with fewer circles.

17. Put some oil in the electric baking pan, heat it to 70% and put in the dough.

18. Cover the bottom with a lid and fry until golden brown, then turn it over.
