How to make Xiang Tai's golden egg fried rice

Just add soy sauce, chicken essence, salt and other seasonings before serving.

1. Overnight rice with distinct grains is the standard for making golden egg fried rice. Add egg yolk, minced garlic, cooking oil (a small amount to prevent sticking to the pan when frying rice) and salt to the overnight rice. If you want it to be more delicious, you can add a small amount of chicken essence. The most important step is here! Use your hands to mix the rice and egg yolk thoroughly until each rice grain is coated with egg yolk. Ahem, don't be lazy and mix the egg white in too.

2. After the pan is hot, turn to low heat, pour in the rice, and stir-fry quickly to separate the rice grains as much as possible. If you want to add diced cucumber and diced sausage, pour them in and stir-fry together after the rice grains are basically separated.

3. After removing the rice from the heat, you can put the fried rice into a bowl, press it down and then turn it upside down on a plate to form a hemispherical shape.
